Police speak about the alleged attack on Tinubu’s convoy. He wasn’t in Osun.

The Osun state police order has on Sunday, responded to claims that the guard of the All Moderates Congress, (APC) Official competitor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was gone after in the state at the end of the week.
Talking through a proclamation by the Order’s Advertising Official, SP Yemisi Opalola, the order expressed that the video being coursed via virtual entertainment was an assault on Lead representative Adegboyega Oyetola during the EndSARS fight in Osun in October 8, 2020.
The order noticed that those spreading the video did as such fully intent on causing anxiety in the state.
It peruses; “The consideration of Osun State Police Order has been attracted to the news getting out and about and video moving via virtual entertainment that; Representative Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s caravan was gone after by Osun Young people on the eighth of October 2022.
“The Osun State Police Order wishes to illuminate the individuals regarding the public that, the news/moving video via virtual entertainment was the assault on the Osun State Lead representative, His Excellency Oyetola Adegboyega’s guard by EndSars dissenters around quite a while back, seventeenth of October 2020 and not the eighth of October 2022, as being devilishly circled.
“The Chief of Police, CP Olawale Olokode, psc (presently AIG), wishes to express that, the news/video is deceiving and deluding, which is a determined endeavor to cause worry or condition of uncertainty in the state by a few corrupt components.”
Talking further, Olokode expressed that Tinubu didn’t visit the state for any program.
