In Kaduna, Buhari participates in the NDA Cadets’ graduation parade. President Muhammadu Buhari is in Kaduna State for the commissioning and graduation of cadets from the Regular Course 69 of the Nigerian Defence Academy.

At 10:40 a.m., a Quarter Guard at the NDA main gate was inspected by the President, who is also the reviewing officer.
He is expected to award deserving cadets and present the Banner to the Champion Battalion.
The members of the National Assembly, the president of the Senate, the governors of the states of Niger and Kaduna, and the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali, were also in attendance.

The Academy is graduating 239 junior military officers, many of whom hail from neighboring African nations like Liberia, Sierra Leone, the Niger Republic, Chad, and Uganda.
