Sadio Mane, a player from Senegal, scored his first Champions League goal on Tuesday for his new team, Bayern Munich.
Mane, who joined the Bundesliga giant, was in the lineup at the Alianz Arena for his team’s match against Victoria Plzen, a Czech team.

The German team scored two goals in the first 13 minutes to take the lead. It didn’t take long for them to score.
Leroy Sane gave the Bavarian giants the lead with a 20-yard rocket. After pushing up the field, the German forward hit a powerful shot that went into the top corner.
Gnabry doubled his team’s lead shortly thereafter by rolling the ball into the bottom corner as soon as he saw an open opportunity.
After receiving the ball from a throw-in and outpacing two opponents with a flick over his head, Mane broke through with incredible speed and produced a calm finish in a one-on-one with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute.
Mane has scored seven goals for Bayern since signing from Liverpool in the summer.
In the second half, Leroy Sane and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting increased the lead, with Sane getting a good assist from Sadio Mane.
William Hill claims that Mane is the fourth African player to have scored 25 or more Champions League goals. He joins Didier Drogba, Mohamed Salah, and Samuel Eto’o on a distinguished list.
