2023: Ezekwesili explains why Peter Obi is superior to Tinubu, Atiku, and others

Oby Ezekwesili, a former Minister of Education, has explained why Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate for the Labour Party (LP), is superior to other candidates.
She stated that, despite the fact that Obi has previously been involved in politics, he is a welcome change of pace from the other front-runners in the 2023 presidential race.
According to Akahi News, Ezekwesili shared her perspective when she appeared as a guest on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics.
She said that Nigeria has bad leadership, but the former governor of Anambra State is a sign of hope that the country can get out of the bad leadership situation.
According to her, “someone says to you among a cast of possible presidents that include the three frontrunners that we currently have – a possible President Tinubu, Atiku, and Obi – do you need anybody to tell you where you would be going?”An Obi would be it.
She went on to say that despite the fact that Obi is also part of the country’s political system, he is still a long way ahead of the other candidates for president who will be competing in the polls in 2023.
She went on to say, “He still at least represents many more shapes than the other two top candidates (Atiku and Tinubu)” despite the fact that “he comes from that particular political class that we are talking about.”
After that, Ezekwesili hailed the country’s young people’s renewed interest in the country’s political events as a positive development.
She added that the renaissance began with the well-known 2020 #EndSARS demonstration.
She made the observation, “Sometimes, I just imagine what leadership will be in the country if they just listened (to youths).”
