Naija News previously reported that the Nigerian girls won a penalty shootout victory over the Americans to advance to the next round of the competition.
At Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, the Colombians will face off against Bankole Olwookere’s girls in the semifinals.
The Labour Party’s presidential candidate praised the girls on his social media page.
