Senior Advisors Wamakko and Masari are appointed by Bola Tinubu

Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), has named Governor Aminu Masari of Kastina State Campaign Senior Adviser on Administration and Government.


According to the most recent information provided by Gist, Tinubu also appointed Aliyu Wamakko, a former governor of Sokoto State who served two terms, as Senior Adviser for Special Duties.
In a letter signed by the APC presidential candidate on Sunday, the pair’s appointment was made public.
Tinubu claims that Masari and Wamakko were qualified for the position due to their impressive political accomplishments, exemplary leadership in their states, and status as party members.
The letter continued,We are pleased to officially announce your appointment as the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council’s Special Adviser on Administration and Government in this letter.
“Given your impressive political accomplishments and the exceptional leadership you have displayed as governor of your state and as a party member, this appointment is fitting and appropriate.
We are appreciative that you have joined our campaign team; we are confident that you will fulfill this new responsibility to the fullest.
Tinubu expressed the hope that the governor of Katsina would assist the party in running a successful, message-driven campaign that would result in the party’s victory in the 2023 presidential election.
He said that if the council worked together, the party would win the general elections in February 2023 and help Nigeria become a great nation.
The former governor said that they would succeed by building on the administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari’s efforts to provide Nigerians with good, progressive governance.
