Bola Tinubu, leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), denied withdrawing from the 2023 presidential election on Sunday.
Rumors that the former governor of Lagos State will not run for reelection were dispelled when he posted a short video of himself exercising on a treadmill.
On Wednesday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) imposed a campaign embargo.
Keep in mind that Tinubu left the country just a few days before the 2023 presidential campaign started.
Tinubu’s devoted supporters have refuted the notion that he left Nigeria for medical reasons.
According to a supporter of the APC presidential candidate, Tinubu left the country to rest before camp season.
In the video, Tinubu said that some people have said he has died, and others have said he has pulled out of the presidential race.
The ruling party’s national leader stated that he has not abandoned his desire to run for president.
He went on to say that he is healthy and strong, and that if he becomes president, he will be ready to greet Nigerians right away.
Along with the video, Tinubu wrote, “Many have said I have died;Others assert that I have abandoned the presidential campaign.
“Well, no!
The reality is as follows: I am healthy, strong, and prepared to serve Nigerians right away.
