UCL:Arnold and Salah Score as Liverpool defeat Rangers

On Tuesday night, Liverpool cruised to a convincing victory in the Champions League while Rangers were easily defeated at Anfield.
As Liverpool edged closer to a spot in the knockout round, a disappointing Scottish team provided the ideal opportunity for Jurgen Klopp’s team to return to winning ways.
After just seven minutes, Liverpool took the lead thanks to a well-placed 25-yard free kick that went into the top corner and was scored by Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Rangers were kept within striking distance only by experienced goalkeeper Allan McGregor, who made a number of saves that particularly frustrated Darwin Nunez.
When Leon King was fouled by Luis Diaz eight minutes after the break, Mohamed Salah converted a penalty kick to give Liverpool their second goal.
Rangers’ Rabbi Matondo shot was saved by Kostas Tsimikas, but Liverpool overpowered them and won without having to play their best. Rangers have lost each of their last three Group A games.
