Transfer News: Cristiano Ronaldo Plotting January Move

Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Manchester United was once more in doubt following Sunday’s humiliating 6-3 derby defeat to Manchester City.

He may be permitted to leave the club in January, according to reports.
United manager Erik ten Hag kept the five-time Ballon d’Or winner off the field at the Etihad Stadium. He insisted that he did not bring on the Portuguese player “out of respect” for his career.
Ten Hag and club officials, according to The Telegraph, are now open to talking about a transfer because Ronaldo plans to leave in January, halfway through the season.
Ronaldo has only played 80 minutes in the Premier League since being denied the chance to leave Old Trafford. His most recent start in the league came in United’s 4-0 loss to Brentford at the beginning of September.
Ronaldo was forced to watch United’s humiliation against Manchester City, the league’s defending champions, from the safety of the dugout, and it was clear that he was annoyed by his team’s performance.
Due to his desire to play for a Champions League club and further cement his position as the competition’s top scorer, Ronaldo was turned down by a number of European teams.
Additionally, many major teams were unable to meet his exorbitant demands for compensation.
Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal did make Ronaldo an offer, but the well-known No.United is now open to proposals for 7 because he is eager to remain in Europe.
Todd Boehly, Chelsea’s co-owner, is said to be on high alert following Cristiano Ronaldo’s most recent decision to consider leaving Manchester United in the January transfer window.
